Customer Service is an important part of our Order Management Process. ALL ISS customers are allocated a dedicated Account Manager who becomes an extension of the customer’s business and a vital part of the freight movement.
Having a dedicated Account Manager for each client allows us to form stronger relationships with our customers and a better understanding of their business.
This allows us to minimise hassle, maximise shipping efficiency and provide a much more personalised service.
As each customer has an Account Manager, we are also able to optimise Order Management. Each Account Manager has a detailed knowledge of their clients’ orders and are therefore more equipped to manage them and avoid complications.
