ISS and FLA have a long-standing history working together within the industry. It is through the friendship of Company Directors, Zoran Ilic and Dario Dicarla that we have decided to merge and create a much stronger business that provides greater opportunities for all.

Both companies will continue to operate as individual entities under their pre-existing names. The merger of the companies will not affect our usual business operations and we will continue to serve our clients diligently, with no disruption.
